Delete your OurwaPlateforme account
Version of 18 October 2026
This page explains how to delete your OurwaPlateforme account, what deletion erases and what the school must keep.
1. From the app
The app is in French or Arabic; the labels are given as they appear.
- Open OurwaPlateforme and sign in.
- Tap Profil (الملف), then Supprimer mon compte (حذف حسابي).
- Enter your password and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. The app signs you out.
Each school has its own account in your name. The deletion applies to every school whose password you have entered in the app. A school whose password you have never entered in the app keeps its account: sign in with that password and delete it the same way, or make the request described in section 2.
2. Without the app
If you no longer have the app or can no longer access your account:
- write to the publisher at 25038@supnum.mr, with the subject "Account deletion";
- or call +222 47331944;
- or contact the office of your child's school.
Give the phone number you use as your identifier and the name of the school. Before deleting, the publisher or the school checks that the request comes from you by calling you back on that number. The deletion carried out is the same as from the app.
3. What is erased
- Your name, replaced by "Compte supprimé" (deleted account).
- Your phone number, the other numbers recorded by the school, your email address and your identifier.
- Your password: the account can never be opened again.
- All your sessions, on all your devices.
- Your devices' notification tokens: you no longer receive notifications.
- On the phone used: the session and the stored dashboard.
4. What is kept, and why
- The school's records about your children: grades, report cards, absences, documents delivered, payments and receipts. The school is required to keep them; accounting entries in particular must be retained as the law requires. They remain linked to an anonymous account, "Compte supprimé", which no longer carries your name or number.
- The security log: the date of the deletion and the IP address it was made from.
- The sign-in history: the dates, IP addresses and device types of your past sessions, linked to the anonymous account.
- Sign-in attempts are deleted automatically after 30 days.
